"I had suffered with CFS for over a year when I decided to go on The Lightning Process.
The CFS was starting to affect my home life and work life ( as a midwife). I constantly had no energy and was suffering with illness and symptoms all the time.
The Lightning Process has been an incredible experience! I knew at the end of day 1 that it was going to make a huge difference to my life and by the end of day 3, I knew the CFS was gone forever! I've got my life back!
I've done so much in that time that I hadn't been able to do. I've not once felt or said "I'm tired" or had any symptoms or illness! My family and friends have also noticed the difference in me with how energetic and healthy I am looking and being - which feels great!
I cannot say thank you enough to Donna who is an amazing and lovely inspiring person. You've given me the tools and power to get myself back and more! Thank you!"

"I knew that my illness was caused by stress and anxiety but did not know how to get better. Medication was masking some of the symptoms but brought their own to add to the existing ones.
The effectiveness of The Lightning Process is astounding! After 3 months I no longer take any medication (I had previously taken up to 21 pills a day). I enjoy life, my family and I can deal with stressful situations with a new found sense of confidence and capability.

"I suffered with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 5 years which left me housebound. I had always remained positive and determined to recover and when I saw someone I knew completely recover from over 20 years of fibromyalgia using The Lightning Process, I booked my place! I thought I had nothing to lose and everything to gain!
I noticed the changes even after my first day on the course, managing a walk that I hadn't been able to do for years. After day 2, The Lightning Process had worked completely for me.
I am free of C.F.S! It is so incredible how quickly things have turned around. I would say it has given my life 'back', but I have gained so much more than before my illness.
I found The Lightning Process very empowering and know that the changes are here to stay.
2 days after the training I went on holiday to the Lake District and walked 4 miles (and that was only the first day), it was amazing! Since then I have started salsa dancing, yoga, a reflexology course, been surfing and more!

"I had stopped working, was not able to do the household chores or drive. I was very reliant on friends and became very low as a result of the loss of independance. I slept for most of the day and lost all confidence in relation to my ability to do anything. I felt extremely guilty about having to rely on other people for help all the time.
I booked onto the Lightning Process course at the start of the holidays and following the course was able to enjoy the summer holidays with family coming to stay. I was going to the beach, bodyboarding and coastal walking! I have been able to read books again (which I couldn't do due to lack of concentration) which is great and I listen to music!
The process has focussed me more on myself and the link between what I am thinking, feeling and doing. I now have the tools to get on with my life!

"I was totally frustrated with my lack of energy which meant I was unable to enjoy family life. I was exhausted a lot of the time and resting twice a day. I felt so guilty. Having two children, husband and dogs I wanted to enjoy life with them.
Now I do! I haven't looked back since The Lightning Process. It has totally changed my life - I am so full of beans that the kids have trouble keeping up with me!
I am doing the 'Race for Life' and am starting a degree. I love being able to run again! I've been dancing 'til 3 a.m. and love having a social life.
My husband and family are thrilled - and so am I! I am so positive, jolly and excited about the future!
It has completely changed my life - I can't recommend it enough (and 2 of my friends have done the Lightning Process since with great results too).

My name doesn't mean anything to you but my dearest friend Teresa, whom you recently treated, would.
I have had to write to you to express my profound thanks for giving back to Teresa her life.
I know you have only known her for a short time but I'm sure within those few days you realised what a very spacial fun-loving person she is and you gave that back to her.
I have been helping Teresa battle this fatigue syndrome for over 2 years and during this time we have seen every specialist you can imagine and each time we have had a 'ray of hope' that somebody could help, the door was always shut in our faces. Donna, I know you suffered for 10 years or so yourself, so I'm sure you experienced the same if not similar. Each time our spirits and confidence was shattered.
Teresa has been so strong and determined during this debilitating time, I am also a very strong person, but I did wonder how she kept going!
To have her back and to see the way she works on the process makes me so proud of her because as you know, it's not always easy. She is so determined and positive that I KNOW there is NO going back!!
Also, do you know how wonderful the words are when Teresa now says "WHEN I WAS ILL" - all this is now in the past. This is all because of you Donna, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

"I had M.E. for 18 months and tried a number of approaches to get better but nothing worked until the Lightning Process.
I am now well and fit, have my life back and am enjoying putting my energies into my family, my career and my new found hobby of Tae Kwon Do!".

"The time on the Lightning Process just flew by and I was completely captivated and completely re-educated about the illness. It was a contrast to what doctors had told me.
My main issues were sleepiness, muscle pain, headaches and lack of confidence caused by years of isolation (due to the m.e.)
By the 3rd day of the process I walked out with a physical weight taken off me and a confidence that I could massively improve my quality of life. I have moved from the past and I am emotionally healed.
I am so happy I have regained so much!
Donna is an amazing source of support and throughout the process a really lovely person who guides you and encourages you.

"I suffered bouts of depression for much of my adult life, yet knew life could be good.
When I was diagnosed with Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome and advisd to learn to live with it, I knew I didn't want that.
Having heard good reports about The Lightning Process. I decided to give it a go because I wanted to be free to live my life to the full.
It's the best thing I've ever done. Since completing the programme, I've woken each morning with a sense of energy and purpose. Friends have noticed a real difference in me. I'm positive, having fun and building the kind of life I want with the help of The Lightning Process. My whole outlook has changed thanks to the process.
